Mom just called Dad to asked a few things only to find out that he almost became a victim of a snatch theft. WTF.
My Dad went to his office about 45 minutes ago to get some stuff done. It's a norm for him to go back to his office every weekend. Apparently, a man on a motorcycle attempted to snatch his gold chain which he was wearing. He wears that all the time and it is always tuck inside his shirt. Duh, who wears a gold chain that would be visible for everyone to see? Not in Malaysia, at least. :/
The bloody thief tried to snatch it and my Dad pulled it back. Whoa. O_O The gold chain is quite thick so the thief would most likely go home today gold chain-less even if he tried to pull it at one go. :/ Anyway, since my Dad pulled it back, he gave up and sped off. Phew, luckily he didn't beat up my father!
Poor Dad, he must be a little bit traumatized by this. My mom started to nag (Ah mothers, how typical), I couldn't take it. -_- She gets worried so fast and for the slightest things. Sounds a lot like me but at least I don't go on and on talking about it. It's already bad enough that my father had to go through this, with her constant nagging, it wouldn't help much. So I told her not to mention much about this when she sees my Dad. He would definitely go nuts. At least he's safe now. Thank God! :)
Gah what a day. Hope this doesn't spoil our moods later because we are going shopping!
It got me thinking, why do people steal? If you're that desperate, go look for a freaking job instead of stealing other people's valuables. Even if that job gives you a low pay, at least you'll still be getting money! It'll save you a whole lot of trouble. Imagine if you get caught, not only you will end up being fined or behind bars, but you will end up with nothing. -_- So what's the point of stealing? It's like a ticket to jail for you.
Of course there are thieves out there who have managed to escape without being caught. You just wait you, your time will come. Because of you, Malaysia isn't a save place to live in. Seriously, snatch thefts are everywhere! We read about that a lot in the newspapers. What a shame. :/
Hmm, if no one steals and every one acts like a saint, policemen will lose their jobs. Hahaha. Gosh, life sure is interesting.

Omg, so sorry to hear that. At least you're safe. Sigh, curse those damn thieves!

Hahaha, well, sometimes things happen when you least expect them to happen. So of course you would be terrified at that moment of time and your mind goes blank. No worries, shit happens, just gotta deal with it. And for that thief, he'll suffer later. What goes around comes around! ;)
