Dad tagged me in this picture on Facebook. A lion that glows! It looks so pretty and one-of-a-kind! Somehow, I have this feeling where I've seen this kinda lion dance before but for some odd reasons, it feels like I'm seeing this for the first time! What is this feeling called? :/

Anyway, it's just too bad that I couldn't be at my uncle's place to witness it. Seems like the lion dance troops have taken lion dance a notch higher when it comes to performing and impressing people! :)

Knowing that my dad uploaded this picture and tagged me on Facebook makes me feel proud somehow, haha. It's a good thing that he's catching up with technology. ;) My mom as well! :)

I wonder if my sister helped him on this because I taught the both of my parents how to upload pictures on Facebook before.

It's a good thing to know that they're enjoying themselves in Sabah. I have never once and never would deprive them of their hometown. :) It's not very often do they get to go home. I'm sure there is a part of them that is very much attached to where they belong. CNY is the perfect time for them to relax and get away from all the chaos and stress in KL.

As for me, even with all the hustle and bustle of KL, I still prefer KL because that's where I was born and raised.

Bunny Year!

*edited: added a picture!

Today, for the first time..

#1 I tried kimchi! :D Although not the authentic one, but Kelvin claimed that it was close to authentic. I liked it! Tasted almost like ham choi (salted vegetable).

#2 I peeled carrots! (Omg I know right, after 21 years!)

#3 I tried corn tea! Kelvin brought it back from Korea! It tasted a lot like coffee (very much diluted coffee actually) which in my opinion, is not supposed to because it's supposed to taste like corn! But it was quite tasty.

#4 I spent CNY with my hall friends!

#5 I got to know that Kelvin's room is actually much spacious than the normal ones because his room used take up one half of the bathroom! They demolished the bathroom and made two rooms out of it! I wanna see how much bigger is his room!

Hmm, I guess there is a first for everything? :)

Happy Chinese New Year guys! :D The year of the bunny! :)

Oh the CNY blues.

Oh look we have a wet CNY eve this year.

Less than an hour till midnight strikes. I hope everyone is enjoying their reunion dinners. It's too bad that I can't spend CNY with my family this time around. My first time spending CNY in a foreign country, ALONE! Well, technically not all alone. I do have a few friends who decided to spend the holidays here.

Hall is a lot quieter now, sigh. :/ Everyone's at home spending quality time with their families while I'm stuck on this island. Hahaha oh well, recess week is coming soon! I'll be going home! :D

Happy Chinese New Year people! :))
